Netizens started their complaints at 8pm, which is also the same time “You Are My Glory” episodes aired. Many netizens expressed they paid for fast track to watch “RongYao CP’s” wedding (episode 30). Some comments include, “Am I crashing or is Tencent crashing? I won’t make it in time for RongYao Couple’s wedding”, “Commemorate this time in history, because of a tv series, you actually crashed.”, “Don’t want me to spend money?”, “I just want to attend a wedding, is that so hard?”
According to Mango Video, on August 16, "You Are My Glory" was ahead of the on-demand finale. According to third-party platform data, "You Are My Glory" broadcast increased by nearly 30 million in one hour and the total number of broadcasts reached 2.5 billion.
