Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, which is leaping toward 1 trillion in GDP, has begun to focus on the field of cultural tourism.
By 2022, Changzhou received more than 63 million tourists, the total tourism revenue reach nearly 100 billion yuan, and the total retail sales of social consumption goods exceeded 280 billion yuan, ranking first in the province.
On April 17th, Changzhou hosted a conference dedicated to the integration of culture, business and tourism.
The conference hired two actresses from Changzhou, Gao Ye and Bai Lu, as cultural and tourism ambassadors for Changzhou. Sheng Lei issued letters of appointment as "Changzhou Cultural Tourism Promoter" to 5 internet celebrity traffic experts.
Actress Gao Ye gained popularity with the hit drama "The Knockout" earlier this year. Gao Ye studied at Juqianjie Primary School in Changzhou City, graduated from Zhengheng Middle School in junior high school, and spent her high school in Changzhou.
Bai Lu is also an actress from Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Bai Lu participated in many hit drama series include "Ordinary Greatness", "Forever and Ever", "One and Only", "Love Is Sweet", "Arsenal Military Academy", "The Legends", and her latest hit drama is "Till the End of the Moon".
